At Oh' Alyanna we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window Returns are accepted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Any return request submitted after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please note there is a 2% restocking fee applied to all approved returns.
How To Initiate A Return To start your return, visit our return portal directly here or scroll to the bottom of our website and select "Return Your Order" from the lower menu. You will be guided through the return process from there.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return all items must meet the following conditions:
Items must be unworn and in original condition
Items must be free of any damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
Items must have all original tags attached
Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
Returning Your Order Approved returns must be shipped to our business address:

Return shipping costs are not the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
Items returned outside the 14-day window
Items that do not meet eligibility requirements
Items that are damaged or show signs of wear upon return
Jewelry Jewelry is eligible for return within the 14-day window provided all eligibility requirements are met.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ohalyanna.com with photos and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Outcomes
Full Refund — if the item is returned in original unworn and undamaged condition a full refund will be issued to the original payment method
Partial Refund — if the item shows minor signs of wear or is not returned in its original condition a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Oh' Alyanna
Refund Denied — if the item does not meet return eligibility requirements no refund will be issued
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method or as store credit. Oh' Alyanna is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer.
Right To Refuse Oh' Alyanna reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy. All decisions made by Oh' Alyanna regarding returns and refunds are final.
Limitation of Liability Oh' Alyanna's liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
